We don't sell your information, run ads, or use tracking cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form. We use it to reply to you and to add you to our email updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

• Contact form details. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, area of interest, and message you provide so we can respond to you.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your activity across other websites.

• To read and respond to your messages and questions.
• To follow up about essential oils, wellness, or membership.
• To send occasional email updates and wellness tips. You can opt out anytime using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts this website and processes the message so it reaches melanie@myaromawellness.com. Your name and email address are also added to our email audience in Mailchimp so we can send you updates. AWS and Mailchimp act as our service providers and process this data on our behalf; you can review Mailchimp's privacy practices for more detail. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

This site links to our personal doTERRA store and other doTERRA resources. When you click through to doTERRA to shop, enroll, or create an account, any information you provide there is collected and governed by doTERRA's own privacy policy, not this one. We are an independent Wellness Advocate and are not the same as, or controlled by, doTERRA.

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our correspondence, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us at any time. Just email melanie@myaromawellness.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
